Weight Loss Success: Woman Inspires Thousands - Cnn.com

Max Workouts Shin Ohtake alt='She created a Facebook page to inspire other people see page to change their diet and exercise more.' style='float:left;padding:5px' />

Durrant joined Weight Watchers the next morning with her best friend and never looked back. Through the company's points system, she learned how to create a balanced meal. She found the system wasn't as restrictive as many other diets and allowed her to enjoy foods like steak as long as they were eaten in moderation. Durrant stopped eating fast food and gave up soda. She began to appreciate -- and eventually, to love -- fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, she eliminated a lot of guilt by realizing that eating something unhealthy didn't equal failure.

(AP Photo/Jack Dempsey) Related Stories Wild think young players key to final push into NHL's elite Minnesota Wild goalie Josh Harding practiced Monday for the first time this season, and "he looked fast," Wild coach Mike Yeo said. "He didn't look like a guy that has not been on the ice for a long period of time." Harding has been out since breaking his foot in an altercation with a teammate just before training camp started in September. Harding, who had the NHL's best goalie stats through the 2013 portion of last season, missed the 2014 section of the schedule because of complications with his bout with multiple sclerosis. Yeo didn't disclose Harding's timetable to return to game action and has called his uphill climb back to the team "tedious work." "It's very early stages here, just Step 1: Get him out there with the group," Yeo said. Another positive step Max Workouts is Harding's inclusion on the road trip for Tuesday's game at New Jersey. After breaking his foot, Harding had to keep weight off of it for a while before starting to workout again. "I'm lucky to be in the situation where I'm at and have a chance to come back here and help the club however I can," Harding said.
