USC Coach Lane Kiffin to close practices during season

"Doing squats with a weight plate over your head will not only work your legs, but you shoulders and core. Also a good full body workout is using a kettle bell, swinging it between your legs as you squat and bringing it up ninty degrees," said Austin Cantrell, a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness. Full body workouts are a faster way to reach your goals and gives you a variety of different exercises to do each time you want to work out.
